Jill Matarazzi (with her guard cat, Polo) is our Guest Services Coordinator. She comes to us from Campbelltown, PA, where she has spent most of her life. She has a BFA in Creative Writing from Belhaven College in Jackson, MS. She most recently worked in reservations for the Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge. (Click on photo to send an email.)
